3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Maintain a valid MT5 trading account with a supported broker

5. Trading Risks and Disclaimers

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Trading involves significant risk of financial loss
• You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose
• Our bots do not guarantee profits or prevent losses
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
• We do not provide financial advice or investment recommendations
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 Pricing

Our services are billed on an hourly basis while bots are actively running. Current pricing is displayed on our website and in your dashboard. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

6.2 Payment Terms

You agree to maintain sufficient wallet balance to cover bot subscription fees. Subscriptions may be paused or terminated if payment is not received.

6.3 Refunds

Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Not share your account with others
• Monitor your trading account regularly
• Ensure your MT5 account has sufficient margin
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, algorithms, and functionality of the Platform are owned by Vertes.FX and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERTES.FX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Trading losses or missed profit opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• System failures, errors, or data loss
• Actions of third-party brokers or service providers
• Market volatility or unexpected events

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vertes.FX from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at our discretion. You may terminate your account by contacting support. Upon termination, you remain liable for all outstanding fees.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international financial regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction where Vertes.FX operates.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
